Wisser Saworski Nature Preserve
An open meadow just past the parking area leads to rolling hardwoods with dramatic slopes. Much of the property is fairly hilly. Other habitat types include a conifer plantation, upland hardwood forest, and an old farmstead that is now quite thick with blackberry brambles. Scenic views of Boyne Mountain and the Boyne Valley are visible from the land’s high points and this preserve provides a scenic corridor along US-131 south of Boyne Falls.
